Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with any original packaging where applicable
  • Free from damage, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear

Please Note

As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, colour, or style selected by the customer
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
